When you try to connect ssh root@hdpnn.capgemini.com you log in without password ?

If yes you copy your id_rsa into configuration keys ?

You disabled your iptables(firewall) and disabled your selinux ?

Are your ambari-agents running fine ? If not restart ambari agents on all the nodes

ambari-agent status
ambari-agent restart 

If the above doesn't work, restart ambari server as well

ambari-server restart

If you still face issue after doing the above, attach your ambari server log from /var/log/ambari-server/ambari-server.log

==> Disable firewalld

==> SSH Passwordless connectivity in all your nodes

==> Check your proxy settings

==> check your Iptables
