Informatica has a lot's of different closed source products, there are ETL tool, cloud service, and data security product among them (for example: https://www.informatica.com/products/data-security.html), you can use it, as long, as you pay for. Apache Ranger however is an Open Source security product, integrated with lot's of other, great open source components, so it's pretty hard to compare them, which you can freely use, and extend it to your needs.
