`Application Name` in Cloudera Navigator

`Application Name` in Cloudera Navigator

Explorer

Our auditing team requires us provide information on what "applications" connect to our data lake.

I don't see it's available in Navigator.

Like for example, in Oracle Databases we can see "Application" and application's "Module" fields
when there is a connection to an Oracle Database. Auditors require us to provide the same for Hadoop workloads.

Is this technically possible? My understandting is that Navigator mines logs of different technologies
and then uploads it to Solr database. So it should be able to add `application` field there.

Like, for example, if somebody connects using Tableau to Impala, we would like to see `tableau`

as an application name. If somebody uses Zeppelin to connect to Spark in the same cluster,

we'd like to see `zeppelin` as application name.
