we have configured all the Ambari alerts to send a notification to an email id's till today. Now we are in plan to integrate the Ambari to Service Now(any ITSM) so that there is an incident open in servicenow.
Please let me know if this is possible to do? If Yes then please send me some articles/Links to refer and I can plan accordingly. Also let me know if there any challenges that we might come across.
