Best Practise for Integrating Ambari and ServiceNow

Hi Team,

we have configured all the Ambari alerts to send a notification to an email id's till today. Now we are in plan to integrate the Ambari to Service Now(any ITSM) so that there is an incident open in servicenow.

Please let me know if this is possible to do? If Yes then please send me some articles/Links to refer and I can plan accordingly. Also let me know if there any challenges that we might come across.

Have you tried using SNMP traps to achieve this. Ambari can send alerts to snmp server and on service now side SNMP trap collector can be used to collect the event and take proper action.

were you able to do the integration to Servicenow or not? 

I am looking for similar integration for Cloudera but cannot find any info anywhere on the internet not even on Cloudera Community.
