The certification team typically takes a business day to reply. As the email was sent over the weekend it makes sense that you had not heard back yet.
The same thing is happening to me right now for CCA159 exam. I must say it's a really poor form for a technology company. If you can't get these simple things right, how can you gain trust from the community...
