I scheduled to attempt CCA 175 today (06/01/2018) @ 19:00 hours GMT, unfortunately the exam didn't load and kept displaying "Please wait....Loading exams"
Had a chat with PSI help desk and they asked me to email cloudera.
Has any one had similar problems? What happens now? Will I be able to re-schedule?
I am sorry to see your post about running into an issue taking the certification. While I cannot speak to your specific experience, I can advise that emailing Cloudera is the correct route to take. Did you email email@example.com or a different address?
Thanks. I have emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org with a screenshot and got an automatic reply that they work from Monday-Friday. I will wait for working hours to resume and see what happens.
