CCA175: Exam did not launch even after 45 minutes past scheduled time (2nd Aug 2019 2 PM EDT)

The exam did not start even after 45 minutes. I chatted with a support agent at ExamsLocal and he said, there seems to be some problem with the exam loading and the proctor has already spoken to Cloudera about it (I have a saved transcript).

I was advice to email Cloudera (certification@Cloudera.com) and I did that with a screen shot of the exams local page (showing "Please wait exam is loading" error message).

I needed to know how can I reschedule my exam and how will Cloudera take care of this glitch?

Very frustrating experience.
