I have registered for cca 175 certification on cloudera portal and trying to schedule exam on PSI online's site.
But I am getting message as below
If you have just Cancelled an exam please wait until you receive the Cancellation Confirmation email and try again.
Hi @brijesh_mishra. Your best course of action would be to email the certification team at email@example.com .
@cjervis I am facing similar issue. It's been 3 days I purchased CCA175 voucher. Still it's saying I'm not eligible to give the exam. It's been 2 days I've mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org . Please look into the issue. Please provide an ETA atleast.

I have recently paid for CCA 175 exam with my e-mail and i am unable to schedule the exam on examslocal.com and after contacting support they told me that i can not use this e-mail id as it was tied to my AWS certification that i did recently. So i wrote certification@cloudera and they told me to provide a new e-mail id, which i provided . This has been a week, and i am still not able to schedule my exam with new id on examlocal.com. I need to complete and produce the certificate by 3/31.
Appreciate your help in this. There is no ETA provided by certification@cloudera team despite following up multiple times.
