I have registered for CCD 410 and I was trying to postpone it to future date. I got to know from pearson that this exam is expiring. Any idea why? Is cloud era going to conduct different certification after May 2015?
The exams are not expiring. We simply chose to no longer do business with Pearson VUE. The exams and certification are the same and available at http://cloudera.com/content/cloudera/en/training/certification.html.
VUE should not have allowed you to schedule and in a report of the past six months worth of registrations, I don't find your name. When we cancelled the contract in January, you should have been contacted by Pearson VUE and issued a refund or the option to take it before April 30.
Simply call them and get your registation money back and register at http://cloudera.com/content/cloudera/en/training/certification.html
