CDH and Cloudera Manager Upgradation

I want to upgrade spark to 2.0 and above, but not able to do that on cdh 5.9. How to do that? 

Also, I am currently running CDH 5.9 and CM 5.9.1,  I want to upgrade to the latest one. What will be the steps and pre-requisites involved for both the upgradation?
