Impala Shell only runs on Linux.

Yes, but you'd have to use Docker Toolbox.
Click DOCKER CLI, then type in:
docker run -t -i lancope/impala-shell
Should open up a shell prompt:
connect <your impala server>:21000;
Thanks. When I try to spawn the image and run it.
I am getting this error: "Error connecting: TTransportException, Could not connect to :21000"

Do you know why I am getting this error?
If you like to connect Impala from Windows then use # SQuirreL SQL Client and Impala jdbc drivers. This works very well.
