Cannot access Hue Web UI.

Cannot access Hue Web UI.

Hi,

 

I am beginer to Hadoop and just downloaded "cloudera-quickstart-vm-5.10.0-0-vmware" on my machine with the default configuration. When I open up the browser and open the "Hue UI" I am unable to access this.

Kindy help me. I also don't have much idea about linux environment.

the default login credential is 

username: cloudera

password: cloudera

if the login is not the issue . please let me know what error are you gettting .

could you share the screenshots or logs to digg in more

Login is not the issue even I cannot see the Hue Web UI as picture is attached. When I open up Hue link it shows the error as in attached snapshot.

Log in to Cloudera manager using the credential I gave .

Check if the Hue instance is up and runining or not . 

if it is in red color then it is in stop state . just kick of it and you should be able to see hue web ui
