Cloudera Manager bind to localhost only

I'm wondering how I can get Cloudera Manager to bind to localhost only, rather than 0.0.0.0:<port>.

My org has security reasons for not wanting CM to listen on any external interfaces.

You can set this policy setting on your firewall and mention the same in your host file.
