Cloudera Navigator to see which files have not been used

We are running  a licensed version of Cloudera, So can any one let us know, how we can use Cloudera Navigator to see which files have not been used for a period of time and how we can assign a policy to delete them. This is to reclaiming HDFS space in our test environemtn. Please advise.
