Cloudera suspending CCA certifications ?

Hi,. found a note stating " Cloudera CCA and CCP exam delivery is suspended through January 31, 2020", with a discount code which needs to be availed for the exam fees registered.

What exactly is it. After 31-Jan-2020, no longer CCA certificates are issued ?

Since I am looking for certification on CCA-175 (SPARK), planing for exams somewhere on or after 6 to 8 months from today (Jan-2020), will I be unable to apply for CCA certifications by registering with this link. And wont there be any reschedule options ? Is there going to be any new certifications instead of CCA.

Can anyone from team help me out on this information please.
