I have successfully installed IBM BigSQL and Data Server Manager. The installation went smooth, however I'm unable to connect to DSM using the following instructions - how to connect to DSM URL is described under #12:

After making sure the Knox Demo LDAP is started, during the first attempt of going to DSM page it threw the certificate exception. After continuing to the page Chrome browser throws "The page can't be found" exception, Firefox shows blank page. Any idea where I should start looking it? What could possibly prevent DSM page from showing?
