Create permission for hive table using Ranger API

i am trying to replicate the Access Privilages for the postgresql table to the hive table through ranger

since the Ranger do not have option to sync the Access Privilages, kindly suggest an best altrenate

i also found that the permissions can be created us Ranger API, so i have extracted the postgres Access Privilages into a sql file,

how to pass the sql file to Ranger APi for Permission creation
