Creating new Ambari views instance and using the same database of existing Ambari views instance. is this possible in Ambari 2.4.3, Please share the process or article.

Standalone Ambari View Instances should use their own Separate DB instead of using the Regular Operational Ambari Server DB.
This is also mentioned in the recommendation: https://docs.hortonworks.com/HDPDocuments/Ambari-2.5.1.0/bk_ambari-views/content/standalone_server_s...
Please see the following note in this link:
Important: Do not share the DB with an Operational Ambari Server.
