Data Migration From Salesforce to Hadoop

Data Migration From Salesforce to Hadoop

Contributor

Hi Guys,

Can you please provide a solution of migrating data from Salesforce to Hadoop?

We have found an utility Salesforce2hadoop in the link https://github.com/datadudes/salesforce2hadoop. This is a command line utility.

However for our case the SFDC data will be exposed through a SOA layer and we need to ingest that in HDFS and perform a change a data capture.

Thanks and Regards,

Rajdip

A common pattern is to use Ni-Fi:

https://nifi.apache.org/docs.html

Other patterns would be to extract the data using SOQL, or use one of the Partner Solutions, such as:
