Does Cgroups implementation require kerberos enabled cluster? Apache documentation says security is not needed. Hortonworks says it needs kerberos enabled cluster? Which is correct?

We are running our cluster on CentOS 7. We have a plan to implement yarn new features such as CPU isolation. CPU isolation needs cgroups. May i implement cgroups without implementing Kerberos?

Yes afaik..Kerberos required
You can test without Kerberos and let us know
