Does HW have a solution where scheduled jobs can be paused and restarted automatically before and after a downtime?

Once a restart or failiure takes place we ussually see that the jobs just get stuck or just fail.

Is there any option to schedule a kind of pause in the scheduled jobs so we can have a downtime due our monthly maintenance instead of manually re-extecute each one.

You can put the yarn queues in Stopped state which will not allow any job to be submitted. Which kind of scheduler you use for submitting the jobs?
