Is it possible to use Drools in Spark?
If so, could you please provide an example or documentation on the same?
To the extent it is just a Java library, yes it can be used with Spark. You would package the Drools libraries with your Spark app and use them in your Spark program. There may be big catches to this; for example if Drools expects configuration, local databases, etc. you'd have to do a lot of work to make it happy. But if it's quite embeddable, shouldn't be hard.
I am not aware of anyone that has done this. Drools is not shipped or supported by CDH, so I think you'd want to search the wider internet for examples.
What is the difference between using Drools Fusion or any other Drools Engine (Expert/jBPM) in Spark Streaming?
Which is the right one to use?
Please let me know ......Thanks :)
