Error in Sqoop import job

Error in Sqoop import job

QuickStart - C5 (CDH 5.0.0, Parcels)
hue > data browsers > sqoop > import job
Click on "Output directory"
"Cannot access: /user/cloudera/pg. Note: You are a Hue admin but not a HDFS superuser (which is "hdfs").
[Errno 2] File /user/cloudera/pg not found"
"/user/cloudera/pg" is the contents of the "Output Directory" field on "Step 2: To" form.
Please advise.

Hey there,

 

Either you don't have access to that directory, or the directory doesn't exist. It's likely that the directory doesn't exist (and shouldn't exist since you're using Sqoop). Are you able to use the filebrowser to navigate HDFS?

Yes.
However when I try to navigate /user/sqoop2, I get the same error:
"Cannot access: /user/sqoop2/.staging. Note: You are a Hue admin but not a HDFS superuser (which is "hdfs").
