Hi autumnSea!

Cloudera Manager use SSH to install the agent on new hosts. This error message indicates an SSH timeout. Are you able to SSH to the new hosts? Could you check on the new hosts logs that Cloudera Manager authenticates successfully via ssh or not?

If everything seems OK, please share more information about your environment, such as your Cloudera Manager version, OS type, maybe SSH configuration of the new hosts if possible.
