Failed when Installing Cloudera Cluster

I am installing cloudera cluster on 4 nodes. The instalation stop with this figure out. Why could this happen? How to fix it?

The process got stuck when this progress. It suddenly became that previos picture.

Can you upload the CM server log as well?
