File not found Exception

I am new to Hadoop. I am getting issue while running my jar file. This code is working perfectly on eclipse. But when I am trying to run on hadoop it is showing error.

Could you please check your code once as the referenced file M1.txt is a local path file whereas the command arguments show iinput hdfs path.
