HBase Cluster setup without Cloudera manager


I'm getting the following error kindly help me out in this
ubuntu@namenode:~$ hbase/bin/start-hbase.sh
Error: Could not find or load main class org.apache.hadoop.hbase.util.

HBaseConfTool
Error: Could not find or load main class org.apache.hadoop.hbase.zookeeper.ZKServerTool
starting master, logging to /home/ubuntu/hbase/conf/logs/hbase-ubuntu-master-namenode.out
nice: /home/ubuntu/hbase/conf/bin/hbase: No such file or directory
cat: /home/ubuntu/hbase/conf/conf/regionservers: No such file or directory

Hi Prem,
If you are not using CM, we recommend you start various services by using
the init script available under /etc/init.d

You can start, say hbase-master by doing 'service hbase-master start'
