Hello, I think you might be hitting 2 bugs that were fixed in HDP 2.5:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-15837

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PHOENIX-2883

Here is the release notes for HDP 2.5:

http://docs.hortonworks.com/HDPDocuments/HDP2/HDP-2.5.0/bk_release-notes/content/fixed_issues.html

BUG-57460HBase, PhoenixHBASE-15837, PHOENIX-2883Invalid memstore state during close of region for Phoenix table.

Can you try upgrading to a newer version?
