HDFS Capacity Chart show "NO DATA" after new install of CM and CDH 5.8.1

Hi Team,

After a new install of CM and CDH5 (5.8.1/5.8.0) , HDFS Capacity chart shows "NO DATA". 

Cloudera manager is not reporting any alerts or configuration problems. But there is a concerning alert "The HDFS service canary at /tmp/.cloudera_health_monitoring_canary_files failed for an unknown reason."

Any idea on why this issue is occuring?
