Try the process again, and when it seems to hang, open a browser and navigate to: http://localhost:8080 or http://localhost:8888
Does anything come up? If so, it may just be that the last process in the Docker startup process is hanging, but by that time all necessary sandbox services should already be up.
There are a number of enhancements on the way for Sandbox, but in the meantime try that out :)
