HDP UTILS [CentOS PPC] Links Broken in Latest Ambari Documentation

We are trying to install HDP 2.6.4 onto IBM Power Series servers. However, we have noticed that following download links are broken @ Online documentation (We are using a local repository mode for installation)

http://public-repo-1.hortonworks.com/HDP-GPL/centos7-ppc/2.x/updates/2.6.4.0/HDP-GPL-2.6.4.0-centos7...[The File seems to be only of 407 KB – I hope this is correct ?]

I ended up installing v21 instead :
