HDP3.0 : Skipping START of Hive Server Interactive since LLAP app couldn't be STARTED

Getting error while staring "HiveServer2 Interactive" services.

I am using HDP3.0.0 on 3 node cluster (RAM : 32GB, 64 GB and 64 GB) based on Linux7.

Error Message :

I could see an application id application_1540468112595_0015 in "running" state with below details:

user : hive

Name : llap0

Application Type : yarn-service

It seems application is running but LLAP service is not able to retrieve status of job.

As suggested in below artcile "Number of retries while checking LLAP app status" parameter in (Advanced hive-interactive-env) from 20 to 30 and later to 50. But still same issue.
