HDPCA course missing material for Ranger and Knox

We recently had this course delivered by hortonworks instructor. I see in the exam topics ranger and knox are included. But these aren't covered in the course notes or the lab guide. Where can I find course notes and labs for these to prepare?

Hi, the HDPCA exam objectives have provided all the detail, include Ranger and Knox.

It is quite easy just follow the steps to complete the installation for Ranger and Knox.
