Hadoop services not starting

Hadoop services not starting

New Contributor

I’ve set up ambari server and agents as non root user. I made the necessary config changes in /etc/sudoers for the non root user. I also created the users manually and completed the setup. All the services like namenode, datanode, zookeeper etc are installed successfully but failing to start. It says connection refused for all the hosts specified to run the specified services. My ports are not blocked by the firewall and I have iptables stopped. I’ve installed ambari 2.5.2 and hdp 2.6.2

When i created service users manually, should I set specific permissions for them to start services?
