It is a production cluster and i can not restart it on each property changes , Is there a way to start hbase Region servers and master servers one  by one and not the whole service .

   <name>hbase.snapshot.enabled</name>

   <value>

Master Guru
You can try to do a rolling restart via CM -> HBase -> Actions -> Rolling Restart.

Note that Rolling Restart is not available in the free versions of Cloudera Manager.
