Hortonworks HiveODBC driver problem when executing a join SQL from Hana Smart Data Access

Explorer

Hello,

I am testing join two tables from Hana and Hive respectively, with the use of Smart Data Access. Hana always report a syntax error problem. I guess it might because either Hana or Hortonworks Hive ODBC driver generate incorrect HiveQL statement. Can anyone give some suggestion on how to solve the problem? Thanks!

My SQL statement is given below:

SELECT * FROM "SYSTEM".STA_CATEGORY_BUY T1

JOIN "SYSTEM".HIVE_STA_CATEGORY_CLICK T2

ON T1."CATEGORY_ID"= T2."category_id"

The log from HiveODBC is given below:

SAP DBTech JDBC: [403]: internal error: Error opening the cursor for the remote database [Hortonworks][Hardy] (80) Syntax or semantic analysis error thrown in server while executing query. Error message from server: Error while compiling statement: FAILED: ParseException line 1:131 cannot recognize input near '""' 'JRT_2_0X7F3873E6D1E0' '""' in join source for query "SELECT T11.C1, T11.C2, T2.category_id, T2.category_click_cnt FROM (HIVE.default.sta_category_click T2 INNER JOIN (SELECT C1, C2 FROM ""#JRT_2_0X7F3873E6D1E0"" ) T11 ON (T2.category_id = T11.C1) ) "
