I am currently running a Hortonworks Sandbox version 2.5 Cloudera website. I use Oracle VirtualBox version 6.1 to run the Hortonworks Sandbox.
My PC specs are i5 6th Generation 4 core CPUs, 8GB RAM because of which I had to run Hortonworks Sandbox version 2.5.
My initial setup used to run fine for a couple of weeks. But out of the blue, Hortonworks Sandbox started showing me this error every time I used to Boot it.
I tried removing the VM and deleting all its files. I even uninstalled VirtualBox. Even tried deleting the contents of ".VirtualBox" folder in "User" directory but I still get the same error. After I searched for it online. I realized that I used to select "Power off the machine option" while shutting down the VM which may cause corrupt data. But since I uninstalled everything, it should have been working fine but unfortunately, it shows me the same error when I boot up. Are there any directory that I need to delete in order to get.
