How can I limit the downloading speed when getting fsimage?

Explorer

Currently, when I run "hdfs dfsadmin -fetchImage" command, I cannot control the network bandwidth.

2021-06-04 16:17:49,098 INFO common.Util: Combined time for file download and fsync to all disks took 14.50s. The file download took 14.50s at 30775.13 KB/s. Synchronous (fsync) write to disk of /root/user/fsimage.current took 0.00s.

This log tells me that the fsimage was downloaded with the speed of 30MB/s.

Is there a way to set this M/s value?

Something like "limit-rate" option in curl command.
