You have to have a support account to get smart sense id.

Once you are on support then you can signup for official smart sense subscription as part of subscription

@Vinod Nerella you need to go to support.HORTONWORKS.com and in tools tab you can generate smartsense ID

Account info can be found reading the instructions in the tools or smartsense tab of the support portal.

Do you guys support smartsense installation when the customer have support account? Please confirm

I think Smart Sense feature is not free for general user in case of using all Smart Sense menu service in Ambari. Am I right?

Are you supposed to create an ID per cluster, or does one ID cover your entire site?

Go to

https://support.hortonworks.com/CustomerPortalLoginPageV2?ec=302&startURL=%2Fs%2F

Then Login >> Tools >> Generate Smart Sense ID

There you will be able to see your Account Name and CustomerID.

Now go to Ambari >> SmartSense >> Config

FIll in your details and restart SmartSense Analyzer. Now you will be able to generate Bundles.
