How to create lineage using Atlas REST API v.0.8.x?

1.0 version of Atlas Rest API has POST:/v2/relationship call that allow create relationship between two entities.

I'm on Atlas 0.8.0 - is any alternative that I can use?

I can retrieve lineage using GET:/v2/lineage, but as I can see there are no way to setup it in that version.
