How to get the RPM / Tar files downloaded from the Hortonworks portal

HI Team, we tried accessing the link http://public-repo-1.hortonworks.com/HDP/hiveodbc/1.2.13.1018/suse11/hive- odbc-native-1.2.13.1018.tar.gz for getting RPM and Tar files as a part of process defined by hortornworks team. but we are unable to download the same. Can you please let us know if the link has been changed or the files have been archived. Also let us know if there is a new link for this.
