How to handle Corrupt replicas (not blocks)

Expert Contributor

Hello

Ambari shows that there are 2 Blocks with corrupted replicas.
dfsadmin -report also whows 2 corrupt replicas
hdfs fsck / shows no corrupt blocks ( Corrupt blocks: 0)
I found lots of info how to handle corrupt blocks but not much about corrupt replicas....

Thanks in advance

Hi

this is defect tracked @https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMBARI-12931

fixed in ambari 2.2.2 [HDP 2.6]

quick fix for this issue is to restart ambari server and metrics, it will reset the count to zero

Thanks-jai
