@Venkiteela Vishnu, there is a typo in the param passed, it should be "value" instead of "values"

The syntax to retrieve entity definition is :

http://<atlas-server-host:port>/api/atlas/entities?type={type_name}&property={unique_attribute_name}...

e.g.

http://localhost:21000/api/atlas/entities?type=hive_table&property=qualifiedName&value=hr.employee_t...

If you are using 0.8 or trunk, you could use v2 APIs that are more streamlined.

E.g.
