How to store state for ExecuteSQL with DB2 and without using Cache

New Contributor

I cannot use QueryDatabaseTable for a couple of issues

  1. The version I am on 1.1.1 has DB2 fetch issues in QueryDatabaseTable
  2. I need to join two tables

So the option I have is to use ExecuteSQL. I have already looked at https://community.hortonworks.com/questions/187764/can-executesql-processor-store-state-for-incremen... (I should not store state in Cache) and https://community.hortonworks.com/questions/131610/how-fetch-a-sql-join-result-incrementally.html (In this I dont see the state storing capability)

So both of these are not suitable solutions for my use case.

Can I use any DB2 table for storing state?

Are there any other options than cache for storing state?

@Shu @Matt Burgess @Matt Clarke Appreciate your help in this.
