I am not able to understand the Disk IOPS showing huge numbers

Contributor

I am looking at aggregate Disk IOPS shown in CM for DataNode.

Can anyone please help me understand the IOPS calculation w.r.t Cloudera. As below screeshot shows huge number of IOPS wherein 8 node cluster is setup. Slightly confused between disk (10K SATA provides max 170 IOPS), but in Cloudera Manager I see it shows 57k IOPS.
