Is there a document to add an additional edge node in the existing cluster

By definition, an edge node is just a host only with clients installed and configured.
If you install no server services in Ambari for a host, then you will end up with an edge node for the clients that you selected.

Thanks for your response. I was looking at something where i can add a node and create that one as an edge node. By that way the users can start using that node for accessing hive and all.
