In Isilon with hadoop, where is the computation part done? Is the data brought to hadoop cluster ?

Compute is done by servers (physical or virtual) the data is sent to these servers over 10/40 gig networks.

@Aishwarya , Computation is done in the compute layer of Hadoop, which will be the servers and the data is sent to isilon (which acts as a HDFS layer for storing data) . Isilon acts as NameNode and DataNode.
