Installing HDP Search through Ambari using Local Repository

I managed to install the HDP stack in our remote Azure node, which is not internet facing, using local repository setup. Now I am in the part that I need to install Ranger , which require HDP Search / Solr, but based on documentation here:

there is no instruction here on installing HDP Search / Solr using local repository or tarball. Can you provide instructions on how to install this using local repo or point me to a tutorial link?

why don't you sync the repo to your local mirror as you would any other repo and then follow directions to install HDPSearch? Even though there are no explicit instructions to create local repo for HDPSearch, steps are no different from anything else.
