Integration Hbase to Oracle Database

Integration Hbase to Oracle Database

New Contributor

I want to integration data from Hbase to Oracle

I used Oracle Data Integrator

But when i try run proses i get this error:

Target exception: org.apache.hadoop.hbase.MasterNotRunningException: org.apache.hadoop.hbase.MasterNotRunningException: The node /hbase is not in ZooKeeper. It should have been written by the master. Check the value configured in 'zookeeper.znode.parent'. There could be a mismatch with the one configured in the master.

for value zookeeper.znode.parent is set to  /hbase-unsecure

for integration i use ZK Qourum Hostname:port
I already set ZK Qourum on ODI to Hostname:portclient:/hbase-unsecure

but still same, i got nothing.

Anyone can help me

I've not used Oracle Data Integrator, but it appears per your tests that its configuration is assuming the ZooKeeper root to always be /hbase despite providing a full URI of the quorum and root paths.

I don't see any way to mention a different ZK root for HBase under their documentation at either.

This would be therefore a question for the developers/support team behind ODI product. You should be able to contact them over Oracle's support channels.

Another alternative is to bend to the tool's assumptions and switch your own HBase's ZK znode root to /hbase.
