Is HortonWorks provide ADO .NET plugin to connect to Hive database

We would like to connect Hive from .NET framework, we are already using ADO .NET plugin to talk to Teradata, DB2 and now we are planning to connect to hive database. Can you please let us know if we have connectivity between .NET and Hive through ADO.NET plugin.

Do we have only ODBC connectivity only to connect from .NET to Hive ? Please suggest.

Hortonworks doesn't provide a .NET plugin but does provide ODBC driver to connect to HiveServer2 service in Hive. Also look at the following thread for more ideas:
